DIANE…
A native of Delaware County, Diane grew up in Drexel Hill and graduated from Upper Darby High School. She earned her bachelor’s of arts degree from Cabrini University in Radnor with a dual major in English and communications, specializing in journalism, photography and graphic design.
Diane traveled extensively around the world to countries including Israel, Poland, England, Mexico, Canada and to several states across the United States. Through these experiences, she learned to step out of her comfort zone, prioritize and thrive in any situation!
Before working in real estate, Diane spent more than 20 years working in local community journalism covering towns within Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Berks counties. That career has given her an in-depth knowledge of the region, which she has brought to the real estate industry as a licensed Realtor since 2015.
Diane’s two children attend schools in the Perkiomen Valley School District who are actively involved in football and marching band. Diane also loves the outdoors and enjoys high peaks hiking, kayaking and camping.
Diane’s dog Ruger is a Husky/Mastiff mix with heterochromia eyes, his best feature! He loves swimming, playing fetch, and riding along in the car. He’s a natural sprinter & sometimes shy around humans, but incredibly social with all other canines who cross his path:)
TINA…
Having grown up in Bucks County, Tina moved to Boston to work for Hyatt Hotels after graduating from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Management. After moving around a bit for career opportunities…Colorado, then Martha’s Vineyard, she landed back in the Boston area. She then went on to earn her master’s degree in Higher Ed Administration from Boston College while working full-time in Event Management at MIT and part-time at a gym. She returned to PA, specifically Upper Providence Township in 1998 with a 2-yr old in tow!
Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Tina worked in the fitness industry managing several studios while training her own group of clients. That career enabled her to positively impact the lives of many people, and that passion for guiding others towards their goals shines through in her work with buyers & sellers. Her love of real estate and experience in the hospitality industry were the perfect fit when she decided to embark on owning & operating two short term rental properties (AirBnBs).
Tina’s two active children (who are now in their 20’s) both attended Spring-Ford Area schools. She is a passionate, confident, energetic and friendly professional with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude! She has participated in many athletic charity events over the years such as Tough Mudders, the MS City to Shore ride, the Philadelphia Broad Street Run, and numerous other 5ks, trail run races, and mud runs.
Tina’s dog Luca is a Cavalier/Poodle mix, but not your typical Cavapoo since he’s 75% Cavalier. He enjoys being with his humans as much as possible, but is also quite comfortable chillin’ alone with a bone! He loves learning and is always willing & excited to participate in any activity his people are….from helping build a piece of furniture, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating to relaxing at night on the couch watching Netflix. He also loves posing for pictures, his house, laying on pillows, and ice cubes!
